Maison Tricot has a proud family heritage with over 50 years of experience in the field of knitwear. Being considered true experts in their field, mother Hilde Frunt and son Ilia Eckardt have been collaborating with Belgium’s best and brightest designers: Dries Van Noten, Raf Simons, Ann Demeulemeester and many more. The last few years we have been expanding our textile knowledge in the world of interior designs developing high end products, always with our crafted touch.
Production Coördinator
Are you passionate about design and fashion? Do you want to contribute to the production of innovative knitted and crocheted designs for the design and fashion industry? Do you have an eye for quality, structure, and budgets? Then we are looking for you as our new Production Manager!

Your Role
As a Production Coordinator, you play a crucial role in the production process of our collections. From the beginning, you work closely with the design team to create the collections. Afterwards, you ensure a smooth development and production process and correct and timely delivery to our customers.
Your Responsibilities

  1. Supplier and Manufacturer Management
  • Maintaining relationships with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers
  • Sourcing quality materials and manufacturers
  • Supporting and initiating new developments
  • Requesting and negotiating prices
  • Overseeing quality controls throughout the entire production process
  1. Order Processing from A to Z
  • Monitoring and processing purchase and sales orders
  • Handling logistics
  1. Setting up and monitoring budgets and timelines

  2. Administrative Follow-up

  • Invoicing
  • Stock management
  • General administration

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Enthusiastic and communicatively skilled
  • Accurate with an eye for detail
  • Sense of new trends
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Positive, strong team player
  • Proficient in Dutch and English
  • In possession of a driver’s license
