Compensation Range: $40.00(T4) -$46.00(INC) per hour
Our multinational technology client is seeking a Production Coordinator for the team. The Coalition Studio is looking for a Production Coordinator to support the Production Team in delivering best in class gaming experiences for our players while hitting quality, schedule, and business targets.
The Production Coordinator helps ensure the team is running smoothly. They are in daily contact with a multidisciplinary team composed of artists, designers, and engineers and works directly with the Producers to drive features to completion. As part of the Production team, you will be expected to help create and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high performing work environment. As a Production Coordinator, you will help facilitate sprint and milestone planning, working with the team to ensure tasks are identified, clear, and correctly assigned to the team. You will also organize and support team activities like demos, playtest sessions and team events. You will have exposure to many different areas of the team, and must be able to react quickly to challenges and changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Production team to ensure the development team stays on schedule and deadlines are met
- Update daily reports to reflect progress and/or flag concerns
- Assist in milestone and sprint planning
- Assist in capacity plan updates and team onboarding
- Help ensure work is captured, organized and assigned correctly
- Effectively communicate goals, priorities, issues, and relevant information to the team
- Facilitate space planning for internal moves
- Set up build reviews, demos, playtests and team events

The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
