We are currently seeking for a highly qualified and experienced candidate as a Production data analyst who will be utilizing Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Access, record and track all aspects of our customers’ orders/product, from receipt of new orders, inbound product, inventory, production and outbound shipments. You’re able to build/create Excel spreadsheets and Access databases for the uniqueness of each order and insure accuracy of the information we provide our customers.

Job Description

• Analyze all customers’ new orders to prepare what is necessary for the warehouse personnel to check-in and capture the different quantities and styles of all inbound shipments
• Build reports for the production teams to pack the product to the customer’s specifications
• Capture daily production which includes quantities and man-hours worked
• Prepare all outbound shipping documents
• Build and maintain a data structure (min/max) for all inventoried ancillary products (boxes, labels, tags etc.) needed for the ongoing production in the facility
• Utilize our barcode/label software (Label Matrix Pro) linked with your spreadsheets/databases to have all box labels, hangtags, stickers etc. prepared before production
• Keep our customers informed on the progress of their orders
• Performs business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining
• Helps determine best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations
• Insure accuracy on all data

Job Qualification

• Excellent computer skills a must (Excel/Access/Word/Outlook)
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
• Team player with high energy and a can-do attitude
• Strong math skills
• Ability to quickly recognize errors and inconsistencies in numerical data (good analytical skills)
• Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to take complicated problems and build simple frameworks
• Highly proficient with data analytics
• A college degree in Supply-Chain or another related field
• 5+ years’ experience in any related field
• Can prioritize and take ownership of responsibilities
• Proactive problem solver
• Active decision-making ability
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
