Based in our stylish Robina Office on the Gold Coast, this challenging but rewarding role is perfect for an entry level Drafting Cadet to join our dynamic Drafting team.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Producing design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Assist in the creation of drawings and incorporate design amendments
• Ensure all drawings are completed with 100% accuracy
• Assume responsibility and timely action of Design Administration procedures
• Complete drawings to Metricon’s standards and drafting procedures
• Adhere to demanding timelines
• Provide innovative design solutions

The successful candidate will have:

• Unequivocal attention to detail;
• A positive team-focussed attitude and desire to learn
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit is essential;
• Completed a tertiary qualification in Building Design and Drafting, Architectural Degree or equivalent;
• The ability to work under pressure within a fast paced team environment; and
• Work experience within the residential building industry would be an advantage.
