We have an exciting opportunity for full-time Electronic Operators to join our team.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge and experience of electronic components and assembly processes
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is preferred
- Good manual dexterity to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
- Mechanical aptitude, with ability to work with tooling/fixtures
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Assembling and/or inspecting products under a microscope

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the SMT production equipment
- Soldering to IPC standard (through hole soldering)
- Safely operator the Selective Soldering Machine
- Safely operate the automated optical inspection equipment (AOI)
- General PCBA assembly work
- PCBA quality inspection and rework
- Replenish supplies and components and perform job changeovers effectively
- Check own work to ensure minimal errors
- Log the time taken for a task against a Production Order
- Routine area cleaning and minor maintenance activities
- Other duties as directed by Team Leaders, Supervisors or Manager
