QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in commercial vehicle servicing and manufacturing, preferably within the agricultural equipment sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding, machine building, paint shop processes, electrical components, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Well-developed people skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Qualified Production Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage service, manufacturing, and safety activities to meet customer timelines and quality expectations.
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple departments, including welding, machine building, paint shop, and electrical components.
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and enhance product quality.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve production challenges and streamline workflows.
- Lead and develop a team of skilled workers, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Order, track and maintain inventory of parts to complete warranty items and production needs.
- Provide excellent customer assistance with repairs and warranty.
