About the Role
As a Production Engineer, the candidate will be part of the Operations team at the mechanical workshop of G.D S.p.A in Anzola. They will be exposed to an innovative production environment, working on various projects including prototypes, kits, retrofits, and components.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Technical analysis of components and their industrialization through 3D-printing- technologies and new printing technologies.
  • Process analysis to promote and improve the overall automation within the workshop.
  • Analyzing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and defining continuous improvement actions.
  • Technical analysis of mechanical drawings/components/assemblies to define the production technological cycle (equipment, tools, machining sequence) and the creation of CNC programs using CAD-CAM tools.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers for equipment maintenance and collaborating internally with the HSE department to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Designing machining equipment for machine tools, testing special tools, handling and assembly equipment, and simulation tools for complex kinematics.
  • Staying updated on new technologies, particularly in the digital realm (additive manufacturing, blockchain, AI, etc.), and analyzing their applicability.

What You Need to Be Successful

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Has excellent knowledge of mechanical technical drawing.
  • Has basic knowledge of CAD-CAM.
  • Has excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
  • Is proficient in English.
  • Has strong teamwork skills, versatility in tasks, a propensity for continuous learning, and demonstrates excellent relational and problem-solving abilities
  • Aims to join a truly dynamic environment where they will be continuously asked to prioritize their tasks and manage complexity
