JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for you who are interested in working with machining of cast components and who want to be a part of our team with a mix of skills, including production engineers and project managers.
Job Responsibilities: Our main mission is to lead the development and possess the highest level of expertise in machining, focusing on the optimization of cutting times, tool costs, and cycle times.
The role is specialized, where you are expected to have a strong interest, commitment, and drive to develop the tasks and streamline our customers’ manufacturing processes. The work involves continuous improvement, advanced problem-solving, and serving as a leader or participant in projects.
Who are you? You are highly motivated and capable of translating theory into practice. You have strong analytical skills. You are stimulated by collecting, evaluating, and drawing conclusions from data. Additionally, you are collaborative and able to communicate knowledge to others within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree, civil engineer, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in machining both in practice and theory
  • Knowledge and experience in metallic materials
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and structure your work
  • Ability to support and lead work packages in projects as well as manage your own projects
  • Ability to collaborate with institutions, partners, and colleagues
  • Good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
