Role: Production Engineer
Location: Kidderminster
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 37hr work week
Wright Staff Recruitment are currently representing a well-structured and growing company, which develops, manufactures, sells, and maintains Heavy Duty Vehicles. Due to this, they are looking for a Production Engineer to be based at their workshop in Kidderminster.
The candidate would be responsible for providing engineering support and information to the Production departments.

• Support Production departments with technical drawings using Solidworks/AutoCAD
• Work with Production to improve processes and efficiency
• Use Mechanical Design techniques to stress test components and assemblies using Solidworks
• Create and modify 3D assemblies to meet customer and production needs
• Create and design new parts and solutions to solve build issues
• Support 3rd party manufacturing suppliers with spec and build queries
• Support the Engineering Manager on ongoing and new Projects
• Support the Engineering Manager on product development
• Ensure compliance to industry standards and regulations relating to the products manufactured by the company
• Undertake other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business
