TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years’ experience in either production and/or sales estimating
• Proven skills in estimating and plan checking with sound knowledge of the new home construction process
• Strong teamwork focus and an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Accuracy with figures and ability to meet given timelines
• Strong verbal and the written communications skills

The purpose of this role is to:

• produce accurate budgets and orders for site commencement from working drawings and all relevant documentation. Produce accurate ‘Bill of Quantities’ from plans, engineering, and other PC related software. Document all required pricing requests in a manner, which allows operations staff to access and enter into the final product.
