Production Executive (Healthcare Ind)

The Production Executive follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and responds to alerts during production. He/She handles medical supplies and materials within the facilities.
He/she is tasked with the day-to-day operations of individual manufacturing equipment. He/she must adhere to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations at all times in order to protect both employees as well as the quality of the medical products.
The company envisions to bring value to healthcare institutions, general industry, and governmental agencies, by improving healthcare supply chain processes. The company strives to transform Singapore’s current multi layered healthcare supply chain into a seamless end-to-end integrated system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Store materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Dispose degraded and contaminated materials according to SOPs
• Prepare materials and equipment for cleaning
• Perform manual cleaning of equipment, containers, cleanrooms and facilities
• Monitor manufacturing equipment and systems during production following Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs) procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve production activities within one’s work areas
• Apply workflows, systems and equipment improvements within one’s work areas

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supply chain / 3PL operations, preferably in Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices.
• Familiarity with ISO, GDP, and regulatory compliance standards would be added advantages.
