THE ROLE

New Guards Group is looking for a Production Intern to join the Production team. You will support in monitoring the production calendar to meet deadlines, preparing technical sheets, and tracking samples. You will report to the Compliance & Production Developer and support new product integration with studies, documentation, and development of manufacturing processes, boosting the implementation of new strategies, and improving existing ones.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with the development of production sheets as needed
• Assist with day-to-day contact with factories and guarantee both quality and quantity expectations are met
• Ensure all samples are received on time and prepare deliveries to factories and suppliers
• Support manufacturers with technical issues during production.
• Support in pre-production sample organization, following up with vendors and updating factory packing lists
• Check samples to improve the fit before launching the production
• Monitor and accurately analyze the progress of assigned orders
• Support in analyzing weekly production flows to anticipate issues
