We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blending Officer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the blending process of raw materials to produce pharmaceutical products. Working in a fast paced environment with overtime hours available, this position is a casual to permanent opportunity !

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in weighing and measuring materials
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
  • Good understanding of quality control principles and practices
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up blending equipment according to production requirements
  • Weigh and measure raw materials accurately for blending processes
  • Operate blending machinery and equipment to mix raw materials according to specified formulations and quality standards
  • Conduct in-process checks and quality inspections
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the blending area and equipment
  • Document blending activities, including batch records, production logs, and inventory records.
