JJOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to oversee our production line in the food processing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily tasks, leading a team, and maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous 2-3 years of experience within the food processing or food industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for inventory management and production calculations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is a plus but can be obtained through company training if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
