• Drive Production Targets: Coordinate and motivate team members, set up machinery, and make quick decisions to hit daily targets.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and monitor product standards, traceability, and compliance to ensure food safety and quality.
• Efficient Operations: Lead smooth shift handovers, minimize downtime, and optimize resource usage.
• Build Team Success: Coach, guide, and support team members to foster a positive, productive work culture.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively identify opportunities for process enhancement, driving operational efficiency and quality.
