Description:

We are looking for a Production Manager to support our manufacturing site in Pitesti, RO.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 4 years relevant experience in production management ideally within automotive industry
  • A degree in engineering or related discipline is desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP
  • Project management skills with experience in managing and driving change
  • Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships
  • High level of written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating the entire production process, making sure that production objectives are achieved efficiently and according to quality standards
  • Development and implementation of strategies to optimize production and reduce costs
  • Coordinating the production team, providing support, guidance and constant feedback to ensure maximum employee performance
  • Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure the efficient flow of processes and compliance with established deadlines
  • Periodic monitoring and reporting of production performance to the company’s management
  • Tracking and achieving KPI performance indicators in the field of activity
  • Following the development phases and putting the production lines into operation
  • Promoting and making improvements to the production line process
  • Compliance with quality control objectives and production problem solving activities, maximizing product safety and minimizing costs
  • Follows the implementation of process/product changes
  • Interprets technical drawings, sketches, layouts and other visual elements
  • Create, develop, test and evaluate integrated systems for the control of industrial production processes including human factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis
