Responsibilities:

• Establish a manufacturing program acording with the master plan
• Review that the production is under the quality standards defined
• Set strategics to keep and reduce the scrap in the production process
• Assure the Safety condition in the area and follow up to the frameworks define for EHS to keep the psichical integrity in the employees
• Manage the assigment budget
• Assure the Traininig and development for the employees under his autority
• Present the Quality, Production, HR and Safety reports
• In partering with the Maintenance Manager assure that the preventive and corrective maintenance are working
• Set meetings with the areas to review results and provide feedback
• Develop the strategics needed to achieve the monthly targets
• Supervise the production plan follow up
• Assure that the perssonel under his line to acomplish the Quality PolicyAssure that the perssonel under his line is trained and awarned about the Safety procedures, EHS policy and warrant the needed resources to avoid any damage to the people, equipments, materials, facilities and enviroment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Chemistry, Industrial Engineer or related
• 5 years of experience in production areas
• Knowledge about:
• Production plans
• Quality Systems ISO
• 5´S
• Project
• Perssonel management
• Manufacturing Methodologies
• Lean Six Sigma
• Experence in case mold shop and casting
• Knoweldge about the process in ceramic product
