Description:

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong project/program management and communication skills.
  • High computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Project, Access; ERP systems experience advantageous).
  • Proficiency in developing and reviewing engineering and production documentation.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic engineering environment with evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and capable of engaging with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
    Salary: A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate

    Pay: €30,000.00-€60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • reviewing engineering and production documentation: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Proven hands-on experience managing production in a multi-skilled environment. Familiarity with engineering documentation, drawings, and participation in design meetings is essential.
  • Quality & Compliance: Experience working within a regulated quality management system. Accountable for team output quality and adherence to designs and company standards.
  • Project and Process Development: Develop and implement process documentation to streamline production in line with approved designs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and exceed targets.
  • Budget & Scheduling: Manage assigned budgets, meet cost targets, and optimize labour utilization while ensuring customer delivery commitments are met. Oversee subcontractor compliance with schedules and company policies.
  • HR Administration: Handle direct reports’ HR needs, including leave, overtime, absenteeism, and training.
  • Policy Implementation: Enforce company Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental policies.
  • Strategic Contribution: Participate actively in the management team, shaping growth strategies, improving selling propositions, and contributing to tender presentations to attract new business opportunities.
