Description:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must know and follow all GMP/ASI/IMS/ISO/SQF procedures.
- Must be able to work safely and follow safety rules and JSA procedures.
- Must be able to identify and report violations and unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel.
- Must be able to wear protective clothing such as hair net, uniform, steel toe shoes, gloves, and earplugs.
- Must be able to effectively respond in emergency situations such as fires and accidents.
- Must be able to follow all department procedures and directives.
- All of the above are essential job functions.

Qualification Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations management, engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience, which includes plant supervision, quality control, maintenance, and production management.
- Special Skills/Traits/Characteristics for a successful candidate to possess:
- Team player with demonstrated team building skills
- Experience in Nissei/Aoki/Sidel/Husky operations with technical
- Processing skills.
- Good computer skills and administration skills.
