JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Manager plays an integral role in Birchwood Collision Group, achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction during the repair process. The successful candidate manages a team of skilled Body Repair Technicians and Apprentices, focusing on ensuring maximum efficiency during production hours. Using the latest technology in the market, the chosen candidate controls shop loading and reloading to assure timely completion of all repairs and seamless delivery to the customer. This position is a leadership role with the expectation that the chosen candidate will act as a mentor to the production team and will provide support to staff within the Birchwood Collision Centre.

• Positive attitude with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• A commitment to learning and professional development
• Previous Production experience would be considered an asset
• Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day- functions
• Knowledge of an automotive service shop would be an asset
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and transportation to and from work are required.
