- Base Salary Range for Plant Controller is $92k - $139k
- Profit Sharing Target + Base Salary = Total Cash Compensation
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

- Mechanical and or maintenance/reliability engineering experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or related technical degree and or Business Administration. Work toward a degree combined with experience will be considered.
- 5+ Years of progressive leadership & learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Lean Manufacturing and SAP or other ERP experience.
- Paper manufacturing experience, specifically in converting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of employees by supporting and leading a rigorous safety program that promotes a “Safety is #1” culture and environment.
- Drive the strategic plan by leading the ongoing implementation of lean manufacturing best practice utilizing experience with lean methodologies and tools.Communicate, lead, and support the plan that will achieve targets in terms of production capacity, standardization of operating costs, quality, engagement and health and safety.
