Description:

As Production Manager (f/m/x), you will play a vital role in transforming our type-tested prototypes into fully industrialized products capable of serial production. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work cross-functionally to ensure that the quality and standards of our products are maintained, even when produced in different locations by various partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Align Production with Demand: Collaborate closely with sales and project management teams to synchronize production schedules with market demand and customer requirements.
  • Optimize Plant Performance: Evaluate overall plant effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as resource utilization, output, time tracking, scrap rate, yield rate, and non-conformities.
  • Production Planning & Improvement: Support production management in strategic planning and implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects with Quality Control (QC), Research & Development (R&D), Technology, and Engineering departments to drive innovation and maintain high standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure timely supply chain operations by predicting delays and arranging rework to meet production needs without compromising on quality.
  • Safety & Compliance: Implement safety measures and procedures for testing equipment, and support audit processes for standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Training & SOP Development: Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials, and conduct employee training to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Design Integration: Collaborate with the design team to integrate design changes and modifications, enhancing product robustness and providing feedback on industrialization aspects.
  • Partner Collaboration: Manage requirements and maintain effective communication with production partners, addressing aspects such as timeline adherence, quality control, safety protocols, resource management, and training.
