POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for overseeing and directing all production activities to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and production objectives met. Their leadership is crucial for effectively coordinating human, material, and technical resources, ensuring optimal production and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic and tactical production plans in collaboration with other departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands.
- Establish efficient production programs, allocating adequate resources to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
- Supervise all production operations, including raw material handling, manufacturing process, and packaging of the finished product, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement techniques to optimize operational efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Lead and motivate the production team, providing direction, training, and professional development to maximize team performance and morale.
- Promote a safe and collaborative work environment, fostering open communication and effective conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with the quality department to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations at all production stages.
- Implement quality control systems and conduct regular audits to identify and correct quality deviations.
- Oversee inventory management of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate stock levels to maintain production continuity.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to plan and optimize material and product flows.
