Production Manager- Joinery

• Manage and supervise the full factory output of joinery and fit-out production
• Ensure maximum efficiently of factory operations and output working within company SOP’s and adhering all required HSE standards.
• Fully responsible for both production and delivering high quality finished product.
• Plan, maintain all service and maintenance schedules for all plant and equipment and ensure all production equipment are in perfect operating condition.
• Prioritize all production works and output in-line with project delivery demand schedules.
• Prepares production reports to senior management.
• Work with estimation department in assessing material and manhour labor production forecasts to provide accurate manufacturing costs.
• Monitor the usage and inventory and of all materials.
• Supervise and manage all factory employees in efficient and safe working practices and procedures and be fully aware of all health and safety regulations and work policies.
• Ensures project production budgeting costings are met and
• Forecast factory expenditures and assists in preparation of capital and operations budgets.
