Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Production Manager with Lean Expertise!
Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for Lean manufacturing and a drive to create high-performance teams? Do you have a track record of improving processes, driving efficiency, and coaching others to reach their full potential? If so, I want to hear from you.
Due to growth in business strategy, the Plant Director is looking to recruit into his team someone to take the reins of production operations at this specialist manufacturing business who will implement Lean strategies and will lead a motivated team.
Within the key role of Production Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for optimising production processes, ensuring high-quality outputs, and leading a growing team of talented individuals. With a focus on Lean principles such as Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping, you’ll play a key role in streamlining operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will: -
- Have proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Have a solid background in Lean manufacturing and a passion for process optimisation. Experience with Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies is highly desirable.
- Be a natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing teams. Y
- Be a strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach to overcoming operational challenges and driving efficiency.
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and foster a positive, productive work environment.
On offer: -
- A salary circa £80,000
