Responsibilities:

English

• Planning and monitoring production processes to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
• Coordinating with the purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance departments to optimize production workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Monitoring and improving product quality and production costs.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the production team.
• Implementing and overseeing lean management and continuous improvement processes.
• Preparing and managing production budgets and reports.

• Planung und Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und termingerechten Fertigung.
• Koordination mit den Abteilungen Einkauf, Logistik und Qualitätssicherung zur Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards.
• Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktqualität und Produktionskosten.
• Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Produktionsteams.
• Implementierung und Überwachung von Lean-Management- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen.
• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Produktionsbudgets und Berichten.

Qualifications:

English

• Degree in engineering, production technology, logistics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a managerial position in production, ideally in the manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of production planning and control as well as lean management methods. A Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is not a must but would be beneficial
• Project management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and quality management.
• fluent in English (reading/writing)
• Hands-on mentality
• Ability to analyze data with Excel and PowerBI and present to the team, peers and management

German

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition in der Produktion, idealerweise in der herstellenden Indsutrie

Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung sowie in Lean-Management-Methoden. Eine Six Sigma Green Belt oder Black Belt Zertifizierung ist kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Starke Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Hohe Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Qualitätsmanagement
• fließend in Englisch (lesen/schreiben)
• Hands-on-Mentalität
• Fähigkeit, Daten mit Excel und PowerBI zu analysieren und dem Team, Kollegen und dem Management zu präsentieren
