Responsibilities:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or EHS initiatives.
- Supervisory experience in multi-department, multi-shift operations.
- Familiarity with the MSA Operating System for aligning performance to objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field.
- Level One: 3 years of production supervisory/project management experience plus 4 years of production/related experience. Advanced degrees or relevant military experience may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
- Level Two: 4+ years of production supervisory/project management experience plus 5 years of production/related experience. Advanced degrees or relevant military experience may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
