QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to high quality and cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with Korean culinary culture and cuisine is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff to ensure efficiency, quality, cleanliness, organization, and proficiency throughout the production processes.
- Lead and motivate a team during production cycles to meet and exceed operational goals.
- Ensure the quality of food produced, making sure all team members adhere to specified standards and time constraints.
- Work closely with the Purchasing Manager to monitor the timely arrival of orders and forecast future product needs.
- Utilize knowledge of Korean cuisine to influence product development and maintain quality standards.
