Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday
Salary: £50,000 per annum.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate people to join us at our Leicester site.

The role involves the following duties:

  • Follow the company Health & Safety guidelines,
  • Organise and agree daily production plan liaising with Planner,
  • Ensure that production levels are maintained to satisfy customer requirements, while working within agreed stock level limits,
  • Work with departments and direct the Senior machine controller, Planner and warehouse controller to ensure that production moves efficiently,
  • Ensure that communication between departments is effective,
  • Carry out disciplinary, directing production controllers on disciplinary issues where necessary and seeking advice and guidance from HR,
  • Guide other departments where necessary where there are any changes or developments,
  • Manage absence with staff and seeking advice where necessary from HR,
  • Manage staffing levels to ensure the correct number of people are working in order to achieve production targets,
  • Focus on the key performance indicators (KPIs) identified by the General Manager, and work towards achieving and surpassing agreed targets,
  • Be mindful of product quality, integrity and traceability. Ensure work is completed to a high-standard, and all necessary documentation is completed,
  • The site is committed to being “audit-ready” at all times. Therefore, it is imperative that site hygiene, health & safety, and document control are all in line with customer specifications at all times
