As a Production Manager for Nua MMC, you will work with the Site Operations manager to lead, motivate and develop a team of people, to contribute to output efficiencies whilst maintaining product quality in a safe working environment through technical guidance, using planning and team-work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Liaising with relevant parties to work out most cost effective / practical solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment to support our production needs
  • Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment is essential
  • Previous experience in construction related industries, Timber frame house/trusses an advantage
  • Passionate about meeting both Customer and Company expectations
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • IT literate on various software packages

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of successfully working in a management or supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading, managing and coaching team members to deliver high levels of performance
  • Liaising with all key stakeholders to communicate any changes to the plan
  • Sound knowledge of production processes
  • Good knowledge and understanding of current Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining quality of end product
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve required results
  • Ability to work from detailed technical drawings
  • Ability to interpret company documents
  • Demonstrates a flexible and positive attitude
  • Promotes a flexible approach
  • Ability to organise workload
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time.
