Responsibilities:

  • Perform a daily review of the past 24 hours at the beginning of your day
  • Manage the daily production KPIs to report the shifts’ performance, daily
  • Lead the daily integration including Safety, Quality Engineering, and Maintenance representation
  • Partner with the Maintenance team to coordinate planned maintenance activities
  • Create the daily plan based on the output of the daily review, integration, and meetings
  • Support problem-solving activities related to safety, quality, and performance on the production floor
  • Manage, develop and coach the Shift Supervisors to ensure team effectiveness
  • Partner with Maintenance leadership to share accountability for improving and sustaining autonomous and preventative maintenance by the Operators
  • Support for all continuous improvement efforts which include the implementation of new standards, procedures, and improvements Qualifications
