Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the truss manufacturing process to ensure efficient, high-quality production that meets customer demands and company goals. This role involves overseeing production staff, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This position reports directly to the General Manager.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the truss or building materials industry.

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and has an analytical mindset.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in using production management software and MS Office Suite.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While some parts of the role are managerial, the job may require walking around the production floor, inspecting equipment, and even some lifting or hands-on troubleshooting
