The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef, and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland. We are now seeking applications for the position of UHT Production Supervisor based in Killeshandra, Co. Cavan.
Reporting to the UHT Production Manager, Food Service, the successful candidate will candidate will efficiently manage all aspects of the UHT Processing production process, maximizing production while maintaining and improving food safety, quality and health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising a multi skilled team working across various shift patterns.
• Monitoring and maximising yield and line OEE, including the development and implementation of a plan to improve in UHT Processing area.
• Completion of the weekly process order plan for UHT including scheduling of production requirements and maintaining adherence to the production plan, ensuring stock availability and order fulfillment.
• Development, maintenance and communication of KPI standards for UHT processing and Frozen Ice Cream.
• Raw material call off and stock control of both raw materials and finished products.
• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement ensuring that best practice is understood and implemented.
