Holcim is currently looking for a Production officer, for their plant located at Beaudesert. This role involves a mix of manual handling, logistics coordination and administration,

Roles in Concrete Plants are fast paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail. The role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy operational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
- Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
- Allocating and assigning loads to drivers as well as coordination of Trucks arriving & departing site
- Stock management and coordination of deliveries
- Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
- Yard maintenance
- Front-end loader operation and manual handling of bagged products
