Production Operative

As a Production Operator you will:
- Use your previous manufacturing experience to full advantage when operating machinery (full training provided )
- Showcase your team working skills when working with others to produce a high quality finished product
- Display attention to detail when taking a proactive approach to quality standards
- Be able to use hand tools to assemble certain items if required
- Be familiar with working to KPIs and keep your work area clean and tidy at all times
- Demonstrate the ability to work to health and safety standards.
The position also requires the applicant to wear a gas/vapor particulate respirator whilst mixing products.
Looking for someone who wants to progress into the supervisors role.

SUMMARY

As a Production Operative, you will be integral to the assembly process within our manufacturing team, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core skills in assembly will be complemented by your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools. Your experience in warehouse operations will further enhance your ability to manage materials effectively. We expect you to contribute to a safe and productive work environment, playing a vital role in meeting production targets and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in assembly processes
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machinery
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
