Reports to : Shift Manager
Location: Leek, Staffordshire, United Kingdom
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am/2pm / 2pm/10pm (Days rotating shifts)
Salary: Starting at £12.10 per hour

Ornua Foods is responsible for the marketing and sales of Ornua’s consumer brands including Ireland’s most successful food export: Kerrygold, as well as Kerrygold Dubliner, Pilgrims Choice, Forto and BEO milk powders. Markets are served by production facilities and in-market sales and marketing teams in Africa, Asia, Germany, Ireland, the UK, the rest of Europe, the Middle East, and the US.
Ornua Ingredients is responsible for the procurement of Irish and non-Irish dairy products, for the sale of dairy ingredients to food manufacturing and foodservice customers across the world, and for managing volatility through de-risking and trading strategies. The business is supported by production facilities in Saudi Arabia, Spain, the UK, the US and by in-market teams in Africa and the Middle East.

PERSONAL QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE:

For this role, good verbal, written and numerical skills are essential.
Ideally you will have a driving licence and access to transport as shift patterns do not coincide with the public transport timetables.
Having the capability to adhere to strict standards of quality and accuracy and to systems and procedures is a must, alongside working in a methodical, systematic, and precise manner.
