Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supporting the day to day operation, output, Quality and performance of the relevant production / packing line
- Operate and monitor the production activities and equipment uptime and target outputs, where applicable
- Responsible for supporting all batch documentation and cGMP of each production run
- Responsible for all batch documentation and cGMP of each packing run
- Support effectively in reviewing and implementing accurate Standard Operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Report variance or deviation from Standard Operating Procedures to Supervisor
- Maintains production / packing line areas in a clean and orderly manner at all times
- Complies with all Safety related procedures
- Responsible for the timely set up of packing lines ensuring full line clearance
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively participate in Lean programs with a focus on line efficiency and waste reduction
- Regular housekeeping/ cleaning duties
- Other duties as requested by Manager/Supervisor
