QUALIFICATIONS
- You have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions meanwhile working in a team environment.
- You have knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them
- You possess good communication skills and can work effectively in a team.
- You exhibit flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
- You have at least High school education or technical education in food manufacturing
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Be able to manage weight up to 35 lbs. multiple times during the 8 hours shift
- 40 hours per week, Day shift 6:30 am to 3 pm
- Bilingual (French- English)

Responsibilities:
- You produce required surface treatment products, flavors, or colorants according to recipes provided by the supervisor.
- You monitor the efficiency of the production line and ensure timely load, packing and finished goods completion
- You complete quality assurance testing at the production line to ensure adhesion to recipes
- You set up and operate various production machines to ensure efficient production processes.
- You assemble, disassemble, and clean various production machines and production rooms to maintain optimal functionality and hygiene.
- You perform monthly maintenance on equipment and other items to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- You communicate relevant information to different departments to ensure seamless production processes.
