Job Description
1. Carry out part deburring, surface polishing and cleaning as required.
2. Operate CNC machines per machinist instructions. These includes loading/ unloading of parts to machines, blow off chips, set workpiece to machine stopper and etc.
3. Record the Process Sheet or report which issued in the work-pack by end of shift. Recording must be neat, tidy and readable.
4. Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Eg: Top-up coolant, clear metal chips from machines, oil jig and fixture after use etc.
5. Perform housekeeping in the workshop.
6. Produce required daily production output and meet quality requirements.
7. Perform secondary tasks given by Superior.
Job Requirements
- Able to read simple English and drawings.
- Physical fit and good eye vision.
