Job Description
- Assembly/disassembly of equipment as required
- Set up equipment according to product specifications
- Monitor equipment performance at all times to ensure production is confirmed according to product specifications and food safety program
- Perform troubleshooting of equipment as required
Qualifications
- Completed DEC or equivalent: desirable
- Experience: Experience in food industry and knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards
- Computer skills: MS Office, ERP software desirable.
- Languages: French
- Training in food hygiene and safety (asset)
- No known food allergies or food restrictions
- Availability and flexibility for overtime.
- Attendance and punctualityCharacteristics
Ability to understand and reason the operation of a measuring device in order to be able to follow up on compliance values.
Ability to clearly communicate observations to Production, Quality Control and supervisor.- Attention to detail, meticulous.- Ability to supervise a close team.
Ability to stand for the duration of shift operations
