QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Computer literacy and includes a basic understanding of excel.

• You will monitor operations to ensure that the production plan is followed to meet standards to achieve optimum productivity of targets. (QKI, FTBY, SU, and SE)
• You will make sure product meets qualitative and quantitative specifications as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures and escalate any deviations or irregularities that do not meet required standard immediately.
• You will accurately document shift operations throughout production as per Standard Operating Procedures and SAP. (where applicable)
• You will make sure proper shift handover relating to breakdowns, products, safety by documenting in the communication logbook.
• You will apply all HSE safety principles, rules and requirements always and escalate any issues or concerns.
