EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Be able to work independently and within a small team environment in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high levels of attendance.
- Be eager, upbeat, and have a positive attitude.
- Previous manufacturing experience would be an asset.
- Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery.
- Work safely at all times and follow plant safety and food safety procedures.
- Conduct routine cleaning tasks to keep the production area and equipment in good working order.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for quality control and production tracking purposes.
- Monitor product quality by conducting regular inspections, making necessary adjustments, and conducting quality checks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address challenges effectively.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for production processes.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
