Production Planner - Brno

Commscope are hiring a Planner to join our Global Manufacturing & Operations team in Brno, Czech Republic. This role will report into the Operations Manager but you will have direct daily contact with multiple teams across the business including Engineering, Sales, NPI and PLM.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Manufacturing Production Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating our production operations. This role is critical to ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively to meet customer demands.
Your ability to build a constructive relationship with several supplying parties and communicate in an effective way will be key to thrive in the role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

• Previous planning/operations experience within a large manufacturing environment or bachelor’s degree in relevant field plus recent experience in a similar role.
• Recent experience collaborating with Customer Service, Demand Planning & Product Line Management functions.
• Candidates should have a good solid understanding of MS Office particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills as well as intermediate English language skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to work in a team is crucial.
