JOB INFO:

• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 7:50am - 4:55pm
• Location: West
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + VB

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan and schedule production, coordinate materials, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and achievement of sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations including incoming and outgoing shipments, packing, documentation, and delivery.
• Communicate with relevant personnel regarding 4M (machinery, materials, manpower, method), customer demands, logistics, warehousing, shipments, and quality control.
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations, including overseeing material handlers, drivers, and warehouse security.
• Handle incoming goods by overseeing receiving procedures, inspections, goods receipts (GR), inventory system updates (SAP/U8), and barcode creation and material issuance.
• Oversee outgoing packing procedures, manage scanning systems, and generate delivery orders (DO) and packing lists.Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
