- DEFINITION… and budgeting of planned production investments and automation strategies
- EVALUATION… and monitoring the effectiveness of process and production optimizations
- INTRODUCTION… of synchronized production processes and striving for balanced production including a pull system
- RECOGNIZING… waste and eliminating the causes of machine problems to increase productivity
- CONTROL… the external development partner and ensure timely implementation
- CLOSE COOPERATION… with all departments along the production chain
- IMPLEMENTATION… and coordination of training for new work processes in the energy team
