PRODUCTION QUALITY MANAGER (PQM) (M/F/X)
with the vision to match our ambition!
We are looking for an experienced Production Quality Manager (PQM) (m/f/x) who truly believes that the world needs Special Forces to fight climate change and reduce CO2 emissions!
Responsibilities:
- Setting quality requirements for production control (Control Plan, PFMEA).
- Establish and maintain Q laboratory activities, including equipment definition, work instruction.
- Control internal quality process and assure actions are implemented in time.
- Lead cross-functionally problem-solving teams to solve internal and external quality claims.
- Assure production quality data (machine and inspections) are recorded and statistically evaluated.
- Proven managerial & leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
