DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

This role involves collaborating with various team members to create schedules, monitor and report production metrics, and address production and scheduling issues. If you’re detail oriented, organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position might be right for you. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office software is essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with productions processes.

• Scheduling and Coordination:
• Assist in creation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and reports.
• Endure timely responses to scheduling concerns and conflict by using effective multitasking and communication skills.
• Communicate status updates, production changes, and priorities to relevant personnel.
• Coordinate between all areas of the company to ensure efficient and accurate production of orders takes place.

1. Production Recordkeeping and Analysis:

• Collect, record and analyze production data across multiple departments.
• Collect, document and analyze all outbound shipment data as well as rejected trailer data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of periodic production reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Perform transaction detail searches to track inventory movements.
• Monitor Daily Production progress in real time to prevent errors.
