PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER

Location: Based at our Craigavon headquarters – flexible working options available
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (core hours are between 10.00-16.00 Monday to Friday)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related Scientific/Technical/Engineering discipline OR Significant experience in a supervisory role in the Pharmaceutical / Engineering Industry.
Previous experience of supervising highly technical manufacturing or packaging processes.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Almac Pharma Services have been manufacturing medicines in tablet, capsule and powder form for over 50 years. We also pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters and sachets and provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials and syringes. The expert services we provide supports the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world.
We’re currently seeking a Production Shift Manager to join our growing Manufacturing Operations Team.
Based at our Craigavon headquarters, the successful candidate will manage a team of people directly responsible for GMP manufacture of drug product for commercial and clinical supply and are integral to the success and growth of Almac Pharma Services. Remit of this role will include the quality of the products manufactured and the efficiency and output within the manufacturing area, while driving continuous improvement.
