ABOUT US
Bellshill bakery is located between Glasgow and Edinburgh, and proudly supports Scotland as our Scottish Manufacturing site with nearly 300 colleagues working a variety of shift patterns. With two bread plants, we produce a variety of products and are the sole producer of Milk Roll for the UK in total we produce just under a million units weekly.
Our distribution teams deliver 1 million products per week to over 1,000 customers daily, covering 35,000 km per week and in 2022 we celebrated our 25th anniversary.

Responsibilities:

- Operational Excellence: Take ownership of the performance within your area and ensure it not only meets but often surpasses Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Your area should be a shining example of operational excellence, and you are responsible for instilling a culture of accountability, efficiency, and quality
