The Lean and Production Superintendent is responsible for creating and maintaining a world class production environment and managing production and lean activities to meet sales demand at an optimum quality level. The mission is to create a lean environment with minimal wastage.

EXPERIENCE

Qualification: National Diploma in Industrial Engineering, preferably Btech in Industrial Engineering

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Management experience within a production environment

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Experience in Project leadership, lean manufacturing and coordination

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

Experience in staff management and team leadership

INTERCULTURAL EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment
